Rose & Cream Earl Grey Cocktail

  • 6 ounces rose & cream earl grey tea (cold)

  • 1.25 ounces gin

  • 1 ounce honey simple syrup

  • 0.5 ounces lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)

Brew 1 teaspoon of rose & cream earl grey loose leaf tea into 6oz of water. Place in the refrigerator to cool.

Make the honey simple syrup. In a saucepan on medium heat dissolve 1/2 cup of honey into 1/2 cup of water. Place in the refrigerator to cool.

Pour gin, lemon juice, honey simple syrup and tea over ice & stir

Sip & Enjoy!
